I found this place on my walk from Kep Beach and the Crab Market around the tip to Kep Beach ... It is either still under construction, or some kind of pop-up that moved into a location that was almost finished, but stopped – something that happened quite a lot during the Covid lockdown ...
It's a huge terrace with a working bar – albeit limited to coffees and teas (both warm and iced variations) a hundred fruit juices and shakes ... and beer (but three different brands to choose from!) Prices are very fair, so a great place for the youth to congregate and be cool at ... which kinda surprised me, because there was no techno, no electronic DumpfDumpfDumpf music ... not even K-pop, but rather very chilled smooth jazz ... my kinda place: it was love at first sight!

This place was (is?) obviously not finished, but already open and has an amazing vibe already.
Ocean, palms, iced cappuccinos … waves gently splashing against the rocks, mellow jazz in the background …

But, to be honest: they were having a blast so good for them!
Only they really needed to learn how to use portrait mode and adjust the f-stop …
So here was me ... teaching the local kids Portrait Mode on iPhone: They all have new phones but only hit the standard photo button. So I took pics using my phone and AirDropped to an excited group…
It started with the ladies - of course, Insta Selfies are 80% female ... But when boys saw what I was doing, the immediately wanted to learn how to use portrait mode on their iPhones as well!
